As we get closer to May the 4th, a lot of Star Wars celebrations are already happening.

In Disneyland, it’s the Season of the Force, with lots of new merchandise, snacks, a special fireworks show, and more. Disneyland is also bringing back Star Wars Nites ahead of Star Wars Day. On May 3rd, Star Wars: Episode 1 — The Phantom Menace is returning to movie theaters to celebrate its 25th Anniversary. In select theaters, you’ll also be able to get a special popcorn bucket to mark the occasion.
A brand new cup AND popcorn bucket to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Star Wars: Episode 1 — The Phantom Menace will be available in both Cinemark and Regal Cinemas movie theaters. Both feature the new poster for the film. The cup is 44 oz. and will cost $7.50 filled plus you get a free same-day refill. The popcorn bucket is a 130 oz. tin that’s $15 filled and includes a free same-day refill.

You’ll need to check with your local theater for listings of Star Wars: Episode 1 — The Phantom Menace, but it looks like it will be playing almost everywhere. Screenings will also include an exclusive look at the upcoming Disney+ series, The Acolyte.

Some theaters will also be showing a marathon of all NINE episodes of the Skywalker saga (which will include a special limited-edition poster). You’ll want to keep an eye out for that at your local theater, too.
