If you’re not a member of D23, you can sign up for the free membership at the official D23 website. To get the discount, log in to the Disney Store website with the Disney account that’s connected to your D23 Membership. You’ll need to put at least $75 of items in your cart, but once that happens, the 23% off will automatically be applied.
