The 2024 season of runDisney is underway and if you’ve been waiting on news for this year’s runDisney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, you’ve come to the right place! We have the latest on the themes for this year’s races!
Per the official runDisney website, the official themes for the 2024 Wine & Dine Half Marathon have been announced and they are DELICIOUS (pun intended)! The event will be held at Disney World from October 31st through November 3rd, 2024, and is themed around Disney chefs. Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, the Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend will feature several races each with its own classic Disney mascot!

First up, we have the 5K race themed after — “Bork, bork bork!” — the Swedish Chef from The Muppets!

Tiana is already having a big year at Disney World but it’s about to get even bigger as she is the mascot for the 10K race!

You can’t have a Disney food-themed event without Ratatouille! Remy is front and center for the 13.1-mile half marathon!

Finally, you can’t have Disney theming without including The Main Mouse! Mickey is the mascot for the 19.3-mile Two-Course Challenge this year!

A special challenge finisher medal will be issued to participants who complete both the 10K and Half Marathon races and a post-race party will also be held on November 3rd, 2024. Club runDisney registration opens on March 5th, 2024 and general registration is available starting March 12th, 2024.
