NEW Souvenirs and SNACKS Announced for Disney's HUGE Theme Park Expansion – Fantasy Springs

We keep up with alllll the latest news coming out of Disneyland Resort and Disney World, but we also keep our eyes on what’s happening at the international Disney parks! Spoiler alert: some BIG things are happening overseas.

A new Zootopia land recently opened at Shanghai Disney Resort, World of Frozen is now open in Hong Kong Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris has finally reopened its flagship hotel. And now we have more information about a new event happening this spring in Tokyo Disneyland!

Tokyo Disneyland just released more information on its Dreaming of Fantasy Springs event, which will take place at Tokyo DisneySea Park from April 9th through June 30th, 2024. This is in anticipation of the new port being opened on June 6th!

This special event will focus on the worlds of three Walt Disney Animation Studios films – Frozen, Tangled, and Peter Pan. At Mediterranean Harbor, there will be a special Fantasy Springs Special Greeting with Mickey and Minnie, and later in the event, beloved Disney characters from the three new lands will make appearances on the DisneySea Transit Steamer Line. This will occur 1-2 times each day and will be about 10-15 minutes long.

The areas around the park entrance and Mediterranean Harbor will also be decorated with banners and other decorations for the event. Guests can also participate in an exciting countdown of the new port, which will be displayed around the park.

Special merchandise will also be available during the event, such as popcorn boxes, stickers, and themed plushes. Here’s a preview of the new plushes coming soon!

Special menu offerings will also be available! Guests at Horizon Bay Restaurant can get a special Tangled-inspired meal!

And at Yucatan Base Camp Grill, a special meal inspired by Peter Pan‘s Never Land will be available. Look — we see Skull Rock!
