DATE ANNOUNCED: When ‘The Marvels’ Will Arrive on Disney+

It can seem GRUELING to wait for new Disney movies to arrive on Disney+.

Whether you saw them in theaters and just can’t wait to watch it again at home, OR you’re waiting to watch it for the very first time from the comfort of your couch, it can seem to take FOREVER for fan-favorite titles to be released on Disney+. The Marvels has been a highly-anticipated release on the platform, and now, we know when it will arrive. 🤭

Disney+ shared on X that fans can catch The Marvels on the platform starting February 7th!

We expected the show to arrive in February or March based on the timeline of other movies Disney has released lately, but we didn’t expect it to be so soon in February! This could be a great watch for a Galentine’s party or even a Valentine’s Day date.

This movie didn’t perform very well in the box-office when it was released in November, 2023, but don’t let that deter you from watching the film.

Let’s compare this situation to what happened with other frequent release: Disney and Pixar’s Elemental. This animated film didn’t exactly meet expectations at the box office, but totally took off once it was on Disney+. This is a trend we’ve been seeing with so many films lately. It seems that folks got used to watching movies from home during the pandemic, and some would just rather wait for new films to arrive on streaming platforms. It’s entirely possible that The Marvels will do better on the streaming platform than in theaters.
