When it comes to pretty much any question we have for anything, including our vacation and Disney World plans, Google is our go-to.

Yep, when traveling pretty much anywhere, we’re just like you all and consult Google for airfare, hotels, and even general knowledge about the area. We have a pretty good guess that you guys are the same! Not only do we like to search on Google, we also love to see what OTHERS are searching on Google. We got curious — what are the MOST Googled vacation destinations? And where does Orlando fall on that list?
Condé Nast Traveller compiled a list of the most-searched vacation destinations on Google in 2023, divided into countries and cities. In a ranking of the most-searched vacation cities in the entire WORLD, Orlando made #2!
Cinderella Castle
While we do love Orlando, we were a little surprised that the city surpassed even places such as Tel Aviv, Sicily, and Amsterdam. The central-Florida city was surpassed only by Rhodes.
Animal Kingdom
Condé Nast Traveller said, “An unexpected entry at number 2, but this American city certainly pulls its weight when it comes to tourism. In 2022, Orlando had nearly 5 million international visitors, with the UK providing the second-largest number of travellers heading to the city (according to Travel Weekly). Beyond classic Disneyland wonders, this Florida favourite is home to a startingly impressive array of restaurants, from excellent omakase to zesty mezcalerias.”
