CONFIRMED: Opening Date Revealed for Disney World’s NEW Summer House on the Lake Restaurant

Who’s ready to try out a new restaurant in Disney Springs?!

Summer House on the Lake is a new table service restaurant that will soon join the impressive dining lineup at Disney Springs. And if you’re as excited as we are to try out some new food, we have great news — an opening date for the new restaurant has now been announced!

Summer House on the Lake will be a similar concept to the two existing locations which are currently open in Chicago and North Bethesda. Summer House is known for dishing out pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, weekend brunch, and more!

Ready to start planning your trip to the new Disney Springs spot? Well, grab your calendars — Summer House on the Lake is set to open on Thursday, December 14th! When we checked for reservations on Open Table, reservations popped up for then. On Open Table, the restaurant notes say to plan to arrive at least an hour before your reservation time, especially if you want patio seating, which is first come, first serve.

We also got to check out the restaurant’s hours of service, which are as follows:

Mon–Thu 11AM–11PM
Fri — 11AM–11:30PM
Sat 9AM–11:30PM
Sun 9AM–11PM
Brunch: Sat, Sun 9AM–3PM

Disney still hasn’t shared any information on the restaurant’s opening, but we’ll be on the lookout. We’ll continue to keep you updated with any other important details about Summer House on the Lake as the opening date gets close, so stay tuned to DFB for all things dining!
