If you’re a frequent Disney World visitor, you probably know all about the holiday parties like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. But did you know that Disneyland Resort has nighttime events too?

Some of Disneyland’s most popular events are the Disneyland After Dark offerings…and they’re returning in 2024! Disney recently announced the lineup of offerings, and they’ve got some pretty cool themes this year — including a brand-new party inspired by the Disney Channel.

Last year, Disneyland hosted Sweethearts Nite, Star Wars Nite, and Pride Nite, but this year they’re adding a NEW one to the mix — Disney Channel Nite! It will take place at Disneyland Park on March 5th and 7th, 2024.

Disney says the event will be “highlighting themed offerings from favorite Disney Channel shows across various eras of programming with fantastic music, memorable characters, high-energy parties, unique photo opportunities, and more!” And after checking out the list of what will be available, we think all you nostalgic Disney Channel fans might want to consider a trip.

First up, there’s a High School Musical-themed pep rally that will travel through the streets of Disneyland, playing songs from the beloved franchise. On top of that, you can check out a Phineas and Ferb-inspired dance party on the stage in Tomorrowland. It will feature songs from the hit show and appearances by favorite characters!

Those who loved Descendants will want to head over to the Rivers of America, where you can take a ride on the Sailing Ship Columbia while it plays songs from the trilogy of movies. And of course, there will be plenty of photo ops throughout the park — step into your favorites like Lizzie McGuire, Teen Beach Movie, The Cheetah Girls, and more.

It wouldn’t be a special event without some unique snacks! A few items to look out for are the mini banana burritos and tropical banana punch at Red Rose Taverne, as well as chili cheese loaded nachos and a s’mores donut skewer at Café Daisy. A few specialty dining packages will also be available — details to come at a later date.

A limited number of tickets for this event will go on sale to Magic Key holders on December 12th, 2023 at no earlier than 9AM PT. On December 14th, tickets will go on sale to the general public — also no earlier than 9AM PT. They’re subject to availability.
