You can find all kinds of hidden holiday gems around Disney World.
Disney will add decor to nearly every inch of the hotels and parks. You can find massive gingerbread displays and cool ride overlays like the Jingle Cruise in Magic Kingdom. But there was a hidden holiday overlay that we didn’t know existed until now!
While the treehouse in Disneyland has changed themes several times, the Disney World treehouse remains the Swiss Family Treehouse. This treehouse was built by the Swiss Family Robinson after a shipwreck landed them on a deserted island. And it seems they, too, celebrate the holidays.
While climbing around the family’s treehouse the other day, we noticed the organ was playing some familiar melodies. It was playing Christmas music!
You could hear classic holiday tunes coming from the organ while wandering through the treehouse. It was a fun holiday addition that is quite hidden. We wonder how many people know about this holiday overlay!
