The holiday season is here, and that means it’s time to curl up a cup of hot cocoa, snuggle up with our favorite blanket, and watch ALL the holiday movies.

If you’ve got Disney+, there are plenty of holiday movies to watch, including The Muppet Christmas Carol, Home Alone, and Christmas with Walt Disney. But there’s a NEW holiday movie on the streaming service, too, that you might not know about, and it has some pretty big stars in it.

That movie is a short film called The Shepherd, and it stars Ben Radcliffe and John Travolta. The movie follows a young Royal Air Force pilot flying home on a foggy evening. Then, his radio and power cut out on his plane. Just as he’s about to give up hope, a good Samaritan appears through the fog.

The movie is available on Disney+ now and sounds like the PERFECT way to kick off the holiday season. While you’re streaming on Disney+, be sure to check out the full holiday section to watch all your favorite holiday movies, TV shows, and more. Yes, that includes Frozen, which is listed as a “Winter Favorite” (but is it a holiday movie? Well, that’s for you to decide.)
