Mickey and Minnie Got an Outfit UPGRADE in Disney World (And We LOVE It!)

There is just SO much that happens during the holidays in Disney World.

There are all the holiday decorations to look at. There are TWO holiday after-hours parties. There are SO MANY new holiday snacks. There’s even a Christmas Tree Stroll in Disney Springs. But we’ll admit that we get really excited when we get to meet characters in their holiday outfits, and we just go to see Mickey and Minnie in some snazzy outfits!

So, let’s head on over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom to meet this ICONIC couple in their refreshed outfits. Now, we’ll admit that we’re a bit biased when we say that the holiday decorations and tree at Animal Kingdom are some of the best in Disney World. (But really, those decorations are some of our favorites!) So we took our time when we made our way over to Adventurer’s Outpost to meet Mickey and Minnie. We had to admire all the beautiful details!

Then we got in line to meet Mickey and Minnie. Now, we don’t know about you, but we always get SO EXCITED to meet these two — we can’t help ourselves! If you haven’t met Mickey and Minnie in Animal Kingdom, they are dressed like adventurers. Here’s what they normally look like:

For the holidays, though, they get a new look. Minnie has a festive hat with a pretty red holiday bow and a red holiday scarf. Mickey has a jolly hat as well, plus a red shirt and a fun holiday scarf. Don’t they look so SHARP?

If you happen to visit Animal Kingdom during the holiday season, your photos with Mickey and Minnie will be a little more festive. Fun, right?
