On the first of every month, Gideon’s Bakehouse announces their monthly cookie, cake, and cake slice schedule.Now, let’s take a look at what delicious treats this fan-favorite place has baked up for us!
On their recent Instagram post, Gideon’s Bakehouse announced that the past month of October was the biggest month they’ve had in their seven years of operation–congratulations to them! Now, in that same post, they have announced what we can pick up through November.
Inside the bakery
Let’s start with the cookie of the month! This month, you can get the Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie. This large and in-charge cookie is “filled with real Pumpkin, our House Pumpkin Spice Blend, a little bit of Chocolate on the inside, and a generous topping of Pumpkin Butter Crumbs!” It is available while supplies last, and there’s a limit of 2 per person. We’ve tried this cookie before, and (unsurprisingly) we LOVED it!
Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie
The shop is offering up a new cake flavor– Pumpkin Chai Spice Cake! It is a flavorful cake “covered with a generous portion of addicting Spiced Chai Buttercream and topped with housemade Candied Pumpkin Seeds.” You can enjoy it by the slice every Wednesday and Saturday or purchase it as a whole cake preorder for your Thanksgiving meal.
