Do You Qualify for Disney's EXCLUSIVE Halloween Party?

Disney has several different clubs fans can be a part of. There’s D23, Club 33, Annual Passholders (basically like a club), and Disney Vacation Club (DVC). DVC is a membership for hotels kind of like a timeshare. But at Disney, DVC members often qualify for special events and merchandise. We’re here today to tell you about a special DVC event going on for a limited time! So you’ll want to hurry!

When you’re a Disney Vacation Club member, you buy points that you can use to pay for your stay at many of the top Disney resorts all around the globe.

Occasionally, Disney will put on special events for DVC members only. And this year there is going to be a Halloween party for all the members! It’s the Disney Vacation Club Meet and Treat!

This event will be held at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn inside the Atlantic Dance Hall. You’ll get to take festive pictures with characters and enjoy sweet treats! The event is complimentary as part of your membership. It is occurring on select nights from 2 PM to 4 PM:

Tuesday, September 26th, 2023
Monday, October 9th, 2023
Tuesday, October 10th, 2023
Monday, October 30th, 2023
Tuesday, October 31st, 2023

There are some eligibility requirements. You must have purchased your points directly from Disney and meet eligibility for Membership Extras. You also must have a “qualifying reservation at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort.” Each member gets entry into one event and may bring up to 4 people with them.

Oh, and did we mention costumes are welcome? Yep, that’s right! You can dress up in your favorite Halloween costumes to meet the characters! In-park costume guidelines for Halloween events do apply. You can check out those guidelines on the Disney website. Costumes are not required to join in the fun.

Disney’s website notes that event registration is not required to attend. You must bring your valid DVC digital membership card and photo ID in order to check in.
