The bar focuses on, as the name suggests, wine. They have an extensive wine list featuring many varieties of wines that the owner, Master Sommelier George Miliotes, has put together specifically for his restaurant. Recently, Wine Bar George won a HUGE award, and they’re ready to celebrate!
The World of Fine Wine just announced the winners of the World’s Best Wine Lists. The wine lists are judged on rigorous protocol by international professionals. They have many categories like Best Long Wine List, Best Regional Wine List, and Most Original Wine List.

There is also a section for the World’s Best Wine Bar List. This category states, “The World’s Best Wine Lists adopts as a working definition of wine bar an establishment where it is possible and usual to order only a glass or two of wine, and where the focus is squarely on the wine list.” The global winner of this category was Wine Bar George in Disney Springs!
