We’ve got more Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya news!

This is the new restaurant coming to the Japan Pavilion in EPCOT. We got a first look at the menu a little bit ago, and now the FULL menu has been released!

This restaurant will be unlike anything EPCOT has seen before because Disney has shared that the menu will change every single month. While we’re not quite sure what that will look like just yet, we do have an idea of what the opening menu will look like. This new spot opens soon, and you can check out the full menu below!

Being that this is a sushi restaurant, there is plenty of that on the menu — check out all the Nigiri listed here:

The Izakaya Classics include dishes like Maguro Tataki, Chicken Nanban, A5 Wagyyu, and more.

You’ll find plenty of sushi rolls — we spy a Spicy Tuna Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Tekka Maki, and a whole lot more.

There are some other starters on the menu like Edamamae, Miso Soup, and Takoyaki.

Chef Specials include Kobore Sushi, Tokyo Negi Roll, Dragon Roll, and a few different Donburi.

From the Grill, you can get Beef Omu-Udon, Yaki-Udon, and Okonomiyaki.

In the mood for Sashimi? Get Tuna, Salmon, and more at Shiki Sai.

And for the kiddos, there’s a “create your own” hand-rolled sushi set or bento box. And check out those desserts! Yuzu Cheesecake, Mango Mousse Cake, and ice cream!

You’ll have plenty of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from, with each one sounding more delicious than the last.
