If you’re a Disney World annual passholder, there’s a limited-time perk coming BACK to you!

With Disney World reopening the sale of annual passes this year, that meant more people are able to take advantage of all of the perks that come with the pass. Just this summer Disney offered extra discounts with their VIPassholder offering in June which really helped snag Disney merch in the parks at a steal. One more perk is ready for its second time around, but a word of warning, you’re going to need to act fast!

Most folks have seen Disney roll out certain perks to annual passholders through the years, with one of those perks being complimentary magnets — you’ve probably seen some plastered on a car on the road (or maybe they’re plastered on yours!)

Since then, they’ve returned, however, not nearly as frequently as they once were. Sometimes annual passholders wait multiple months between magnet pick-ups and the announcement for the next. We’ve also seen some really cute designs including the most recent with Figment that could be picked up in EPCOT during EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival.

Because they’ve been so infrequent to what they once were, this may have led them to be a bit more difficult to line your Disney trip up with just the right time to pick up your magnet. If you missed a few of them recently, you might be in luck! For a limited time, annual passholders that venture over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom can pick up three recently released magnets they may have missed on their first release.

Annual Passholders will be able to claim their “missing” magnets inside the park, but you’ll want to hurry! This re-release of the passholder magnets is only set to last until they run out OR July 30th, 2023. Head over to Chester & Hester’s in Dinoland U.S.A. to claim your magnets!

The passholder magnets you can expect to pick up are Dumbo, Orange Bird, and Mickey & Minnie Mouse. In order to claim your passholder magnets, annual passholders will need to present their Annual Pass card or allow the Cast Member to scan their MagicBand+ —  and adults must have their ID. Here’s how our experience went!

First, we were scanned and then led to the tables where we were greeted by a Cast Member. We were then loaded up with all three of the magnets, even if we had already picked up these styles previously!

It was interesting that they were allowing us to pick up all three styles regardless of whether we had already snagged them previously. However, once you’ve been scanned for this set of 3 magnets that’s it– you’ll only be able to claim one set per passholder!

This is especially helpful to those that might be new passholders with Disney and missed out on them completely earlier this year. Disney has already stated that they will continue to pass out magnets to those that are able to pick them up until they’re gone so if you’re interested in snagging the ones you still need, we recommend getting over to Animal Kingdom as soon as possible.
