Our Favorite Gideon's Bakehouse Treats Are FINALLY BACK in Disney World

It’s the start of a new month, and you know what that means…it means NEW SNACKS in Disney Springs!

Okay, so we’ve already started trying some of the new Fourth of July snacks in Disney World, but there are also some new snacks to check out in Disney Springs, thanks to the Flavors of Florida event. However, one of our FAVORITE snack spots in Disney Springs is releasing even MORE new treats this month that you’re going to WANT to try.

Yep, it’s time to head to Gideon’s Bakehouse for the Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie. This cookie is returning for Flavors of Florida and it’s made with Vanilla Bean Cookie Dough infused with Florida Key Lime Juice and covered with Chocolate Chips and Gideon’s special Key Lime Pie Crumbs.

Now, we’ve had this cookie in the past and thought it was delicious. It’s VERY chocolatey, but the key lime juice really adds a bit of tartness to it that just brings all the flavors together. To sum it up: YUM.

But that’s not the only delicious cookie returning to Gideon’s this month. The Toasted Coconut Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie is also back! This one is a MUST for coconut lovers. It’s a Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie “fused” with Vanilla Bean Dough with Homemade Salted Caramel and Coconut Cream. It’s topped with Shaved Toasted Coconut.

Craving cake instead? Gideon’s Coconut Cream Cake is also back this month. This is a three-layer Vanilla Cake covered with Coconut Cream Buttercream. The cake also has Homemade Salted Caramel Ribbons between the layers and Toasted Coconut on the outside. This cake slice is available every Wednesday and Saturday.

We can’t start a new month without a new Cold Brew, though, right? So Gideon’s has brought back Stuart’s Nitro Cold Brew, which is an Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew. This cold brew will be around for the next three months.
