It’s summer, and you know what that means — it’s ice cream season! Okay, well, it’s ALWAYS ice cream season to us, but this is the best time of year to eat cold treats, right?

Mmmm…ice cream
This is the time of year we’re craving things like Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars, Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches, and Milkshakes. But a NEW milkshake has entered the ring at Disney World, and we think this one could end up reigning supreme!
So we were checking out things at Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies in Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland, which you may know as a great spot to grab some cold treats. Well, we noticed a NEW treat was on the menu there: the Asteroid Shake.
However, it was the description of the milkshake that convinced us we HAD to try it. It’s a chocolate milkshake with hot fudge, whipped cream, chocolate doughnut holes, and graham cracker crumbs. Excuse us while we drool…because wow.
We’re just going to tell you this: the Asteroid Shake is a chocolate lover’s dream come true. It’s SO creamy with great chocolate flavor — and the hot fudge adds enough to make it feel rich and decadent. The graham crackers were also a lot of fun and added a bit of texture. All of that, combined with the whipped cream, almost gave us a s’mores kinda’ feeling. All of the components of this dessert work SO well together.
The doughnut holes were also really good. They were little cake doughnuts, all chocolatey and soft, and had a nice coating of glazed icing. We’d say these were pretty solid, too. Like we said — SO MUCH CHOCOLATE.
One thing we will warn you about, though: this thing will melt fast in the Florida heat, but hey, we’re used to it.
We got the Asteroid Shake in Disney World! It’s a chocolate milk shake with hot fudge, whipped cream, chocolate donut holes, and graham cracker crumbs for $8.49! 🍩🍫 pic.twitter.com/erKyknR3He
