Technology has enhanced our lives in ways we probably haven’t even discovered yet. But, it can also be pretty inconvenient.
Does technology trip you up?
It’s not always magic, sunshine, and rainbows in Disney World — and apparently, that also applies to the Disney World website and app! If you’re having issues with Disney World tech — you’re not alone!
Bad news, friends. Parts of the Disney World website appear to be down at the moment, so if you’re having trouble accessing certain pages and information — that might be why. Apparently, there is an issue with Amazon Web Services which powers the Disney World website. We saw this notification at the top of our screen when we went to investigate.

And, it also looks like the issues are potentially affecting the My Disney Experience app as well. We received a pop-up when we opened the app letting us know that some services may be unavailable.

We’re not sure how long this issue will last, so we suggest continuing to check back from time to time to see if the information you need is available. It doesn’t look like every aspect of the website or app has been affected, just certain services, so you may still be able to find what you’re looking for.
