Disney Springs is already home to some incredible restaurants, unique offerings, and stores (that seem to constantly change). And the shopping and dining district is no stranger to specialty events. But now another one has been announced and it could help take your upcoming trip to the next level.

The Edison — an “Industrial Gothic” -style restaurant, bar, and nighttime destination in Disney Springs — has hosted a variety of special events in the past, including some that are part of its Mixology series. Now, this restaurant has announced its latest Mixology Sunset Dinner series for June 2023. The spot hosted a Mixology Sunset Dinner series event back in May, but now it’s coming BACK for June. The dinner will feature a 3-course menu that is paired with craft cocktails. Here’s what you need to know.

The event will be offered on June 15th and 22nd. Seatings are available each of those nights at 5:30PM and 8PM. The June menu was created by The Edison’s team with the goal of focusing on the “floral, grassy and woody flavors of summertime,” with items that “hint of citrus, ginger and smoke.”

The 5:30PM seating is within The Edison’s dining room, is $75++ per person, and is non-smoking. The 8PM option features a cigar pairing, is out on The Edison’s Lake Side patio, and is $95++ per person.

So what do you get for the price? Here’s the menu:

Featured Cocktails:

• The Gray Area — Leblon cachaça, Montelobos mezcal, crème de violette, lemon, and agave
• Deconstructed Sazerac — D’USSÉ cognac, Lucid absinthe, and Peychaud’s bitters
• Smoking Gun — Patrón Añejo, Stirrings ginger liqueur, orange bitters, and agave

Specialty Menu:

• Mexican Street Corn — Poached & chargrilled corn, cotija cheese, Salsa Macha, lime aioli and cilantro
• Confit Halibut with Fennel Puree — Bacon confit halibut and smoked fennel puree
• Beef Sisig — Shaved beef, chicken liver, calamansi, rice and quail egg

If you want to make things even fancier, you can opt for a specialty beverage upgrade. That’ll cost an additional $25 per person, but will let you enhance your meal with a glass of D’USSÉ XO cognac, which is said to feature “ripe blackberry and apricot flavor notes layered with hints of rich dark chocolate and walnut.”

If you want to go to this event, be sure to get your tickets ASAP. The Edison has warned that availability is “extremely limited.”
