National Streaming Day is May 20th, and Disney is already starting to celebrate. Last year, we got announcements about shows coming to Disney+, trailers, and more. This year, things are already off to a great start — Disney has shared a new deal about its streaming services that you might not be able to pass up!

In celebration of this unique holiday, new and eligible returning Hulu subscribers can sign up for Hulu (with ads) for just $2/month!

This $2/month deal will last for 3 months, at which point pricing will then change. But to get the deal, you have to sign up between now and May 27th (so act FAST). And it gets even better, if you are eligible for this deal, you could also add on Disney+ (with ads) for just $2/month MORE.

There are some restrictions though. Hulu’s website notes that it only works for returning subscribers that have NOT been Hulu subscribers in the past 1 month. And Disney specifically notes “new and eligible returning Hulu subscribers (who are not Disney+, ESPN+, or Disney Bundle subscribers) can subscribe to Hulu (With Ads) for just $2/month for three months – and add Disney+ (With Ads) for just $2/month more.”

So just make sure to check if you’re eligible.

If you do decide to sign up for this deal, keep in mind that after the 3 months have ended, regular pricing will go into effect. Currently, the Hulu-only (with ads) tier costs $7.99/ month, but whatever the current price of the tier at the time will apply. Disney also notes that after the promotional period ends, Disney+ (with ads) will also auto-renew at the then-current regular monthly price.

Hulu does share, however, that you can cancel your subscription at any time, and there are no hidden fees.

Last year, the deal for National Streaming Day was similar, but it was $1/month for Hulu for 3 months. So, the price has gone up a little. But, given that Disney has shared that they will be increasing pricing on certain Disney+ subscriptions this year, this could be a good way to save some money on streaming in the meantime!
