Are you looking to try some unusual eats in Disney World?

Salt & Straw in Disney World

Well, you’re probably familiar with Salt & Straw in Disney Springs (there’s also a shop in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney), which offers up some super unique ice cream flavors (we once even ate BUG ice cream there). Well, some new ice cream flavors are dropping in May, and they’re all about encouraging us to eat flowers.

Salt & Straw is introducing its “Eat Your Flowers” series with flavors that are available RIGHT NOW and through the month of May. We’ve had some of these flavors before, but there are also some brand-new ones to check out! The flavors include Jasmine Milk Tea Almond Stracciatella, which is jasmine tea ice cream with chocolate almond Stracciatella.

Last year, Salt & Straw introduced a Pistachio Rose Water with Strawberry Mochi flavor, but this year, it’s been changed up a bit. It’s now a Pistachio with Saffron & Rose Water⁠ flavor, made with pistachio ice cream with chunks of saffron butter mochi cake glazed with a hint of rosewater.

The Rhubarb Crumble with Toasted Anise⁠ has also returned. This is a vanilla ice cream with ribbons of homemade rhubarb jam, loaded with toasted anise crumble.

The vegan Hibiscus & Coconut Sherbet is also returning. This is a vegan coconut cream–infused sherbet with Hibiscus & Ginger Brew.

Finally, there’s another new flavor. It’s the Lemon Mari Gold Amaro Sherbet⁠, made with a Mari Gold amaro—whipped up by Straightaway Cocktails—with a light ribbon of lemon and marshmallow essence. It sounds like an ice cream cocktail and we are here for it!
