One of the most highly anticipated upcoming Disney movies is The Haunted Mansion. This film, based on the popular theme park ride, is coming out this summer, and we just got a new look at the movie!

D23 (Disney’s official fan club) showed off a few new magazine covers recently, and one of them reveals a sneak peek at the upcoming film.

Disney has just released the covers of the new summer edition of the D23 magazine. D23 Gold members will receive one of three different covers featuring artwork made exclusively for the magazine. One of the new covers is inspired by the new Haunted Mansion movie!

A teaser was released for this upcoming film back on March 2nd, and we’ve been excited ever since. As of right now, we know that the film will follow a doctor and her 9-year-old son who are looking to start a new life and move into a strangely affordable New Orleans mansion.

After finding out the house is more than they bargained for, the family teams up with a priest, a failed-paranormal expert, a French Quarter psychic, and a crotchety historian to help with the paranormal case. The movie is expected to release on July 28th, 2023.

The cast of Haunted Mansion also recently released a video on Instagram teasing the new movie and wishing Haunted Mansion fans a “Happy Halfway to Halloween.”

The other two covers available for the summer edition of D23 magazine are inspired by the upcoming live-action remake of The Little Mermaid…

…and Disney’s upcoming animated film Elemental.

Inside the edition, readers can also get the inside scoop about some of Disney’s upcoming films like Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny, The Muppets Mayhem, and American Born Chinese!

Editions of Disney twenty-three magazine are only available to D23 Gold members as a perk of their paid membership. These editions will be arriving to members before the end of May.
