The way we travel through Florida is about to change. Say goodbye to your car and hello to a TRAIN that will get you where you need to go in record time. We’ve been waiting for this for a WHILE, so buckle up; we’ve got big news to share.

The long-awaited (seriously, we’ve been tracking the progress of this project for YEARS) Brightline highspeed train line from Orlando to Miami just reached a HUGE milestone. Let’s talk about it!
Construction on the Brightline Orlando Station is complete! Soon, nonstop trains will connect Orlando to Miami in a two-hour and fifty-nine-minute trip. Additionally, Brightline’s regular service trains will stop at Brightline’s other South Florida stations in three hours and thirty minutes.

Brightline is reporting that train rides between Orlando and West Palm Beach will take about two hours. According to Brightline, the current schedule between Central and South Florida will include 16 daily round-trips, with hourly northbound and southbound departures.
Tickets
Tickets for rides between Miami and Orlando will go on sale in May for future dates. Corporate travel packages are available for presale now; you can visit the Brightline website to purchase tickets.

According to the Brightline website, trips from Orlando to Miami will run from 5AM to 8:50PM every day of the week.
Pricing
The tickets are advertised with restricted one-way SMART fares starting at $79 and one-way PREMIUM fares starting at $149. For larger groups and families of four, SMART fare bundles will be available for less than $199 one-way.
