Everything Coming to Gideon’s Bakehouse This Month at Disney Springs

You know what the best part of a new month is?

This month has obviously brought a lot of NEW things. The 50th anniversary has ended in Disney World and we’ve seen a LOT of change EVERYWHERE in the parks. But at Disney Springs, we look forward to a new month because it means a new limited edition cookie flavor at Gideon’s Bakehouse, and this month is bringing back a favorite of ours!

This month, the Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie has returned to Gideon’s Bakehouse. This cookie weighs almost a half pound and is made with a vanilla-based cookie filled and topped with freshly ground espresso beans and toffee, dark chocolates, and a sprinkling of sea salt. We’ve had this cookie before, and we were BIG fans of it!

You can also get a slice of Coffee Toffee Vanilla Bean Cake every Wednesday and Saturday here! This is three layers of Vanilla Coffee Bean Cake smothered in Coffee Buttercream and filled with Toffee pieces.

Also returning is the Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew, which is gluten-free and can be made vegan depending on your choice of milk.

All of these are available through the month of April, so don’t forget to head to Disney Springs to check them out. We’ll also let you know about any other new snacks and drinks coming to Disney World, including the Easter treats that Gideon’s has yet to release details about, so stay tuned to DFB for more!
