MENU Details Shared About the NEW Restaurant Coming to a Disney Hotel

There are quite a few new restaurants coming to both Disneyland Resort and Disney World soon.

With additions at Disney Springs, Disney hotels, and inside the theme parks, there will be plenty of new places to dine in the coming months. But one spot is going to have a menu filled with things like fried chicken and doughnuts…and we just HAD to tell you about it!

Coming soon to Disneyland Resort is a complete retheme of the Paradise Pier Hotel, turning it into the Pixar Place Hotel. And a few months back, Disney announced that the team from Great Maple will open a restaurant on the first floor and operate the other food and drink locations at the hotel.

According to the Orange County Register, Great Maple will open at the hotel this summer and additional details are expected to be announced soon according to a restaurant spokesperson. That’s exciting news! A date for the finalization of the hotel’s transformation to the Pixar Place Hotel has NOT been revealed yet.

But what can we expect when it does? Well, the Southern California-based restaurant generally “offers a comfort food twist on American classics like fried chicken, burgers, steak, seafood, pasta, and salads as well as sides like mac & cheese, maple bacon donuts, and thick-cut smoked bacon.” Note that an official Disneyland menu for their restaurant at the hotel hasn’t been revealed yet.

Some of the Great Maple favorites that are expected to be on the Disneyland menu include the Pancake Pops on a stick that wraps pigs in a blanket in pancake batter and the Brew Bear lattes in honey bear mugs. The Portobello Fries are billed as “everyone’s favorite starter” so those could be on the menu too — but again note that an official Disneyland location menu hasn’t been revealed.
