It’s almost St. Patrick’s Day, and you know what that means — Disney has started celebrating!

Over 20 snacks are on their way to celebrate the holiday this year, and we’re getting started on trying them all. If you head over to Roaring Fork at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, you can grab a new cupcake that might just leave you feeling pretty lucky!

The Nugget is a cupcake with Vanilla Bean Mousse, Irish Stout Cake, and Salted Caramel Ganache (that contains alcohol) for $7.99.

The entire desert is delicious! The mousse is light and fluffy, the presentation is adorable, the gold bites on the bottom are crunchy, and the Caramel Ganache with the Irish Stout Cake makes for a great cake combo.

Look at all those deliciously crunchy bits!

However, there’s a lot of artificial coloring here (golds, greens) and you can taste it if you’re really looking for it. While it has a great consistency (almost like jello with the mousse on top) it can end up in disaster for you if you don’t carry it upright. It will also melt in the sun if you’re outside with it for a while, so beware!

The inside

If you have a sweet tooth for chocolate and caramel, love to celebrate with flair, and can handle a mix of cake, filling, and a mousse sensation all at once, this is a great option for you. If you’re more sensitive to textures and are budget conscious (it’s a small snack for a big price tag), you may want to pass this one up.
