The 2023 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has officially kicked off in Disney World and there is SO much to see, do, and eat. We have a full list of the food at the festival, a look at the merchandise, a full lineup of concerts, and more! Now, we’re headed to one little spot in EPCOT for the festival to see if it’s worth it. Let’s go to The Land Cart!

Menu

Over at The Land Cart, there are only a few items available. You’ll find some simple snacks like a fruit and cheese plate, a vegetable plate, pretzels with hummus, and a dessert.

Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!

Eats

At this location, we grabbed the Cookies ‘n’ “Cream” Chocolate Mousse Cup which is a plant-based dessert on the menu. This snack costs $5.50 and it’s part of the Garden Graze (learn more about that here!).

The plant-based cookies ‘n cream mousse cup tastes exactly the same as the one that is sold year-round in Sunshine Seasons. We’re not complaining though — it’s one of our favorite plant-based desserts in all of Walt Disney World!

Mousse

The only thing that we could tell that was different about this one is the fact that it has an edible flower on top, which is an aesthetically appealing touch. Otherwise, it’s an amazingly rich and creamy mousse for being plant-based. The chocolate is decadent without being overwhelming. We preferred this plant-based dessert in EPCOT over the one offered at Trowel and Trellis this year.
