February is Black History month, and Disney World is going big for its Celebrate Soulfully event.
Celebrate Soulfully in Disney Springs
That means we’re getting all kinds of DELICIOUS new foods to try throughout the resort. So far, we’ve had a Tiana-themed milkshake, a Creole Smoked Sausage Sandwich, a Banana Pudding Cheesecake, and more! There’s even more great food to be found, though, and we’re going to tell you about a new item available at Disney Springs!
The Polite Pig has introduced a NEW chef’s special just for Celebrate Soulfully. It’s the Polite Pork, Pikliz, and Empanadas. It’s made with deep-fried pork belly, house-made beef empanadas, and fresh pikliz. The dish comes courtesy of the restaurant’s very own Chef Sylio.

You’ll be able to grab this during the month of February, so be sure to make Disney Springs a PRIORITY when you’re in Disney World next! In the meantime, we’re trying out a BUNCH of the Celebrate Soulfully foods and drinks in Disney World, and there are tons of Valentine’s Day treats coming soon, so be sure to stay tuned to DFB for our reviews!
