Price DECREASE Hits Lightsaber and Droid Building Experiences in Disneyland

Are you a big Star Wars fan? Have you visited Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, either in Disney World or Disneyland?

This land is a MUST for Star Wars fans, and in addition to piloting the Millennium Falcon and escaping the First Order, you can also have a drink in a Star Wars-inspired cantina and build your own lightsaber and droid. Now, two of those experiences just got a lot cheaper.

At Savi’s Workshop, you can build a custom lightsaber with a variety of parts and then bring it to life with a Kyber Crystal. It’s an experience that EVERY Star Wars fan needs to have at least once.

The original price for building a lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop (which is WAY more than just putting a lightsaber together, but an EXPERIENCE) was originally $219.99, but Disney raised the price in both Disney World and Disneyland to $249.99. However, that price has changed in Disneyland according to the website — it’s now $219.99 again. The price remains at $249.99 in Disney World.

That’s not all, though. We also looked at what was happening with the price at Droid Depot in Disneyland. Here, you can create a custom droid by choosing from a variety of droids to start with, including a BB-series, a C-series, or an R-series. Then you can customize the droid, after which, it gets paired with a remote control.

The price for Droid Depot at Disneyland also dropped. It WAS $119 during the price increases in 2022, but now it has decreased back to $99.99. BUT, it’s still $119 in Disney World.
