For decades now, Cast Members at both Disneyland and Disney World have donned an equally iconic name tag. After all, it’s gotta be pretty cool to show off that you work for Mickey Mouse! Now, there’s a new update coming for Cast Members to celebrate the company’s 100th Anniversary.

Disney just shared that Cast Members at Disneyland received NEW name tags just in time for the Disney100 Celebration! And those name tags are special in more ways than one.

Below the Cast Member’s name (where the tags used to display the Cast Members’ hometowns) is the name of a Disney character that each Cast Member specially chose. That’s right! Cast Members got to pick their favorite Disney character to proudly wear on their name tag.

In the past, the name tags featured the Cast Member’s hometown beneath their name, which often sparked conversations with guests. Now, even more connections can be made as Cast Members and guests bond over their favorite Disney characters!
