Rain can mess up Disney days for a lot of people.

Rainy day in EPCOT
Lots of attractions will close when it rains or storms in Disney, and severe weather storm warnings are not to be taken lightly no matter where you are. A rainy day in Disney isn’t really the end of the world (as long as you’re prepared), but if it’s rainy while you’re visiting EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts, you may run into more issues than normal.
Talented artists are brought into EPCOT to draw on the concrete all around EPCOT during the festival! However, that means that their work isn’t immune to the rain…

Rain has ruined all this artwork!
…and that today’s rain has washed out the artwork available on the first day of the festival.

The colors stayed pretty vibrant on this one!
Some of the drawings have mostly survived, while other drawings are much harder to distinguish thanks to the rain.

Very hard to see the details on this artwork
We’re really hoping to see the artists’ work brought back, but in the meantime, you can check out our reviews of all the booths and see all the festival merchandise you can grab! Be sure to stay tuned to DFB today for all the latest Festival of the Arts news.
