Well, almost anyway! The Walt Disney World Railroad is reopening SOON in Magic Kingdom, and we recently learned a few details about what changes we can expect to see and saw a few sneak peek photos. But now, Disney has shared the first look at the Walt Disney World Railroad in Magic Kingdom!
The Walt Disney World Railroad has been closed since 2018 due to construction on TRON Lightcycle Run, and we’re SO excited that it will be reopening this holiday season. Disney shared some details about what we can expect, but now we’ve got a first look at what the NEW train ride will be like!

We can hear the NEW voiceover in the video, and we get a look at TRON from a new angle in the video!!!! Plus, familiar sights like Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and more whizz by too along the new route.
Guests will once again be able to enjoy a trip aboard the Walt Disney World Railroad this holiday season at Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. This opening-day attraction returns with a completely refreshed track looping the park and an all-new voiceover guiding guests as they travel from one magical land to the next.
