Disney cruises have a lot of exclusive offerings that you can’t find anywhere else.
There are restaurants unique to each ship, special shows, one-of-a-kind attractions, and more. While including the usual Disney magic, some cruises also include extra themed days, like Marvel Day at Sea. And now, NEW Marvel characters are coming to the Disney Cruise Line experience soon!
The new Black Panther and Okoye will be making their Disney Cruise Line debut during Marvel Day at Sea starting in January! The Wakandan warriors will join the other Marvel heroes and villains on the Disney Dream cruise ship.
Guests will actually be able to meet the new Black Panther with a heroic encounter, and the Black Panther will also appear in “Heroes Unite,” which is Marvel Day at Sea’s nighttime spectacular.
In addition to this, there will also be a brand-new show featuring General Okoye in the atrium called “Warriors of Wakanda” where recruits will get to train with the Dora Milaje in an interactive experience.
Marvel Day at Sea happens abroad the five-night sailing on the Disney Dream and includes all-day entertainment, heroic encounters, stage shows, film and TV screens, merchandise, themed food, activities, and more. It will happen on nine Western Caribbean cruises departing from Miami in early 2023. The dates are:
- January 7th, January 21st, February 4th, February 18th, and March 4th, 2023. This itinerary goes to Georgetown, Grand Cayman and Disney’s private island in the Bahamas, Castaway Cay.
- January 16th, January 30th, February 13th, and February 27th, 2023. This itinerary stops at Cozumel, Mexico and Castaway Cay.
