A New Luxury Hotel Is Coming Near Disney World

When you visit Orlando, where do you stay? Sure, we know many of you probably stay at a Disney World resort.

However, we know that some of you prefer to stay elsewhere, either somewhere like the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, the Disney Springs hotels, or even hotels that are more off-property. Well, if that’s the case, you’ll soon have a new hotel to consider in the Orlando area.

According to the Orlando Business Journal, Unicorp is developing a 220-room Tao Hotel to Orlando. The Tao brand is a luxury one that has luxury dining, and nightlife venues in cities like Chicago, Las Vegas, London, Los Angeles, and more. This will be the Tao Group’s first hotel, which will feature luxury amenities, as well as a rooftop bar, pool club, and a Tao Asian Bistro.

The new hotel and resort is being planned for O-Town West, which is a 350-acre mixed-used community development project. With Florida tourism continuing to climb, record amounts of people are coming to the region.

So far, the plan for the hotel is to begin on it in 2024 and finish in 2025. We’ll keep an eye on it and let you know about its progress, so stay tuned to DFB for more!
