Get ready to hop in the drive-through — McDonald’s has NEW Happy Meal toys!

Over the past few months, we’ve seen a number of unique McDonald’s items released including the return of the Halloween Buckets, an Adult Happy Meal, and more! But now, NEW Happy Meal toys themed to an upcoming movie have arrived.

Get ready — Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Happy Meal toys have arrived at participating McDonald’s locations!

Each Happy Meal will feature 1 of the 10 possible characters from the movie, including Shuri, Okoye, Namor, and Ironheart.

You can visit the McDonald’s Happy Meal website to get an up-close look at each of the toys to see how many you’ll want to collect!

You can also check out videos that show each of the unique things the characters can do. For most characters, dunking them in water will actually change the color of some of the vibranium on their costume or on an item they’re holding!

You already know we had to go grab a Happy Meal to see which toy we could get (any excuse to get a Happy Meal, really). Take a look at the special Black Panther box!

It’s got a completely new look, but you can still see the classic Happy Meal face on one side.

There is also info about how to play mobile games on the box…

…and a list of characters you can get.

We opened ours up and got…Nakia!

She’s decked out in green and holding some Vibranium discs in her hands. Her arms also move positions if you use the wheel on the back of the toy.

The disc in her left hand is the one that changes colors, but it’s not SUPER noticeable. Here’s what it looks like after the toy touches cold water.

It’s still cool to see it change, though!

And, if you visit the Happy Meal website, you can also download some coloring and activity sheets themed to the film.

The website also indicates that you can “reveal the power” with your toy by playing some games on a phone or tablet. If you get one of the toys, be sure to check that out to unlock more of the fun.

Remember that this is available at participating McDonald’s locations. You can go on the McDonald’s app and try to order a Happy Meal to see if your McDonald’s shows that these toys are available at that location (when ordering, go to the “select toy” screen and see what toys are listed). You can also drive up to your local McDonald’s and ask the staff there to see what they have available.
