There’s something a little more magical about Disney World during the holidays.
Between the festive decor, eats, drinks, and special events like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays — it’s no wonder so many people plan trips to the parks this time of year. Not only that, but it looks like another restaurant has been added to the EPCOT Candlelight Processional Dining Package lineup — and it’s one you won’t want to miss!
If you’ve been looking upgrade your holiday trip with something special, consider celebrating by booking an EPCOT Candlelight Processional Dining Package!
These dining packages include a holiday meal at an EPCOT restaurant (an appetizer, entrée, and dessert, or a full buffet where applicable, and a non-alcoholic drink) and a reserved spot at a Candlelight Processional performance held on the same day.
The Candlelight Processional takes place at the America Gardens Theater each night of the festival at 5:15PM, 7:00PM, and 8:30PM. A celebrity narrator tells the story of Christmas while a choir sings holiday songs from around the world.
Disney had previously announced the restaurant and pricing information for the dining packages, but now it looks like one other restaurant has joined the list — Akershus Royal Banquet Hall!
This Norway Pavilion spot has been closed since the parks reopened in 2020, but Disney recently announced that Akershus would be reopening on November 4th, 2022 — just in time for the holiday season! The pricing for this package is $79 per adult and $51 per child (ages 3 to 9).
