There's a NEW MagicBand+ Design in Disney World!

A lot of people have used MagicBands in Disney World, but have you tried out the new MagicBand+ yet? This is the next generation of MagicBands, and they include all the normal functions (you can use them to scan into the parks, open your hotel room, and even pay for things if you link to a credit card) plus some extra features.

We’ve seen lots of cool MagicBand+ designs, like Princess Tiana bands, a “My First Visit” band, and even DVC and Annual Passholder-exclusive bands. Now, there’s a NEW MagicBand+ in Disney World that celebrates an upcoming Marvel movie.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will debut in theaters on November 11th, 2022. If you’re planning to see the new movie ASAP, you’ll want to check out the Wakanda Forever MagicBand+ that we spotted in the Emporium at Magic Kingdom.

New MagicBand+

The new band says “Wakanda” on one side and has images of several characters with the movie title, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, on the other. The puck in the middle features a silver Black Panther logo.

You can get it at the Emporium now, but it won’t come cheap. This new band is $54.99 — one of the highest prices we’ve seen for these new bands. If you’re looking for a Black Panther MagicBand+ but you’re not in Disney World right now, there’s a different Black Panther design available online at shopDisney now!

This design also has a purple and black color scheme with the hero on one side and the Black Panther symbol on the puck. You can get it for $44.99.
