We’re big fans of this iconic treat, which we’ve seen in several different flavors. They pretty much look exactly like pop tarts, but they taste so much better in our opinion. We recently had a 4th of July-themed one, which was filled with cherries. But now it’s spooky season so we’re ready to try out a fall-flavored tart!

At Woody’s Lunch Box, you can get the Pumpkin Lunch Box Tart now through October 31st. This treat is a pumpkin pie-filled pastry tart topped with marshmallow fondant, candy corn, and Halloween sprinkles. Can this treat live up to our high expectations?

The answer is a resounding “yes!” The pumpkin pie filling is DELICIOUS and has a nice cinnamon flavor that doesn’t taste fake. The pastry is nice and flaky.

But we’ve gotta’ talk about the candy corn — if you don’t like candy corn, that might be a deal-breaker. But you could just take them off, right? The marshmallow fondant just tasted like sugar, like most fondant.
