Looking to attend an EXCLUSIVE Disney event? Well, the place that tends to offer many exclusive dining events is actually Disney Springs.
The Polite Pig in Disney Springs
Not only can you dine from special menus from time to time but you can sometimes even dine with celebrity chefs. Now, a fan-favorite quick service spot is hosting a VERY exclusive dining event and only 20 people will have the opportunity to attend.
On October 4th, The Polite Pig is hosting a bourbon tasting event. The event will include a bourbon and cocktail tasting along with a food pairing dinner. And as stated above, only 20 people can attend!
The menu includes three courses. The first course is Ahi Tuna Carpaccio Shaved Foie Gras with smoked pickled mushroom, pomegranate, espelette aioli and its paired with a Shiso Bourbon Cocktail. The second course is a Cider Glazed Smoked Pork Belly with bay scallops, cauliflower puree, pine nut, and bourbon soaked fruits. It’s paired with a Ravenous Pig Swinetoberfest Beer.

And the entree course is a Trio of Rabbit with traditional cassoulet, speck wrapped rabbit tenderloin, and rabbit sausage. This course is paired with a 1792 Full Proof Private Barrel Old Fashioned. Dessert is a Bourbon Pecan Pie accompanied by house made bourbon ice cream. Dessert is then paired with a Blanton’s Private Barrel Neat.
The event is $75 plus tax and gratuity per person but if you want to full three course experience, it looks like it will actually cost $95 per person. The event takes place at 5PM on October 4th. If you are interested, act FAST since seats are so limited. You can buy your tickets to the event HERE!
