Disney has made a big announcement about a hotel that’s being RE-THEMED!
Over at Disneyland, Paradise Pier Hotel is being re-themed to be allllll about Pixar! Thus far, Disney has shared that the hotel will be reimagined with a Pixar theme, and the hotel will “weave the artistry of Pixar into its comfortable, contemporary setting.” But now we’ve got details on just what the hotel will be named!
During the D23 Expo panel all about the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, Disney announced that the re-themed Paradise Pier Hotel at Disneyland Resort will be named Pixar Place Hotel.
According to the Chairman of the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products division, Josh D’Amaro, Pixar Place Hotel will be a spot where you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a Pixar art gallery. You’ll also find new interpretations of your favorite Pixar pals!
We also learned that the team from Great Maple will open a flagship restaurant on the first floor and operate the other food and drink locations at the hotel. Prepare for some maple donuts and fried chicken!
Based on the concept art above, it looks like the hotel will also feature a very special Finding Nemo-themed splash pad.
We can’t wait to see more of the finalized plans for this spot.
Stay tuned for more news!
