Do you know who Duffy the Bear is? You might be vaguely familiar that he’s a character very popular in Disney’s international parks and at Aulani Resort.

However, you’ve probably seen him — or his friends — in Disney World — on merchandise, on snacks, and in hidden artwork during the EPCOT Festival of the Arts. Well, you’re about to get to know him a LOT better because Duffy and his friends are getting a series on Disney+!

Disney announced at the Disney Parks panel at D23 Expo that Duffy and his friends would be getting their own show! Duffy, described as Mickey’s favorite teddy bear, will star with his friends in a six-episode stop-motion animated series that will premiere on Disney+ next year.
