VIDEO: Watch Brandy Perform in Disneyland!

In case you missed it, Disney is celebrating princesses from August 21st to the 27th with all kinds of special treats, entertainment, merchandise, and more in Disney Parks, and there’s also an official theme song!

The World Princess Week theme song is called “Starting Now,” and it was written by Jason Mater, Darren Criss, and Jordon Powers, and produced by Grammy Award nominee Oak Felder. And guess who performs the song — Brandy!

Brandy is basically a Disney Princess, after all. She starred as Cinderella in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, which aired on the Wonderful World of Disney in 1997. And speaking of which, ABC is airing a 25th anniversary cast reunion of Cinderella on August 22nd at 8ET! If you can’t catch it live, Cinderella: The Reunion, A Special Edition of 20/20 will also be streamed on Hulu the next day. You can watch Cinderella on ABC after the special or watch it on Disney+ anytime you want!

If you want to listen to the World Princess Week theme song, Brandy performed “Starting Now” live in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Park — you can see her performance below!

If you’re interested in other World Princess Week festivities, you can celebrate in Disney Springs with a dance party, participate in a The Princess and the Frog Tiana and Naveen paper crown giveaway in EPCOT, and eat some princess-themed goodies around Disney World and Disneyland!
