Who’s your favorite Disney Princess? No matter who it might be, we’re sure she’s being celebrated this week.
You see, it’s officially World Princess Week in Disney World, and Disney is celebrating with special merchandise, entertainment, and — of course — FOOD. Today, we’re trying out a returning cookie that’s all about the sisters from Frozen! Come with us to see if this treat is worth the cost and stomach space.
The Anna and Elsa Cookie is actually 2 Sugar Cookies sandwiched together with Chocolate Ganache.
Sure, that might sound simple, but this returning cookie is anything but. It’s shaped like a crown with Anna and Elsa on it, and it’s topped with icing, blue fondant, and sugar crystal sprinkles.

Although the sign says these are sugar cookies, they reminded us more of shortbread. They were pretty crumbly cookies, although the chocolate in the middle made them less dry. The crunch from the sugar crystals was a nice textural touch!
We liked the flavor from the cookies and the chocolate, but the icing and fondant on top made this treat VERY sugary. That shouldn’t really be a surprise — cookies with icing and chocolate and sprinkles definitely sound like a sugar rush waiting to happen. We removed most of the fondant and just ate the cookie without it.
If you’re a big fan of shortbread, we think you’ll want to try this one! You can easily remove that fondant and icing if it’s too sweet, but anyone with a big sweet tooth might enjoy it with the extra sugar on top.
If you don’t love sugar, however, you’ll want to pass on this one. There are higher-caliber desserts at Kringla that we’d probably choose over this one, like the School Bread or Troll Horn.
We’ll be trying all the princess snacks in Disney World this week, so be sure to keep checking back with us for more reviews!
