The One Shirt We Need When Eating 'Ohana Noodles in Disney World

You studied the DFB Guide YouTube channel, you read every article, scoured every newsletter, and read & re-read the DFB Guidebook. You marked your calendar, you snagged that practically impossible advanced dining reservation (ADR) for ‘Ohana because YOU KNOW how epic the ‘Ohana noodles are.

You have your table, you’ve ordered your food, and when you see your server arrive at your table with that platter filled with ‘Ohana noodles, you simply cannot contain yourself. Maybe you have a fork, maybe you’ve mastered the chopsticks, or maybe you just dive face-first into that teriyaki, starchy masterpiece — all you know is that this is the moment you’ve been waiting for and nothing will get between you and those precious noods.

You’ve fork-twirled those delicate noodles into a pasta-ball mouthful, you’ve dangled the long strands of noods from the end of your chopsticks straight to your lips, you’ve lifted the platter to your face and slurped up every last noodle strand. And, as you sit back, and pat your bell (grateful for stretchy pants), you know all of the prep, research, and effort was worth it.

But then you see it. Yep, there it is. Right there, from your neck to navel, a long splattered teriyaki stain that would make Jackson Pollock envious. We’ve all been there, our love for food trumps our concern for fashion (and basic table manners), and sometimes, even with the most delicate efforts and conscientious movements, we can’t avoid the saucy splatter of a noodle slurp.

As we look to the skies and wonder why we’ve lost another article of clothing to the nefarious means of saucy splatters, somewhere in Japan, geniuses gathered together to combat the messy staining nemesis with a stain-resistant shirt. The Japanese clothing brand Ziorich has felt our pain as we’ve tossed clothing away that has been riddled with the aftermath of eager eating. Simply, yet appropriately dubbed “Ramen T-Shirt” this shirt’s anti-stain capabilities promises to become our new favorite ‘Ohana dining accessory. And yes, we know ‘Ohana noods aren’t ramen but they can make the same t-shirt stain impact!
