Three Words: Apple. Pie. Milkshake. in Disney World

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has officially arrived, and while we know it seems a little strange to be trick-or-treating in the heart of swimsuit season, we also know that our favorite mouse loves a good party. And with a good party — comes good snacks! That’s just a combination that we CANNOT refuse.

HALLOWEEN is here!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a fun and spooky hard-ticketed event (that means you need to purchase a separate ticket to attend). The party includes rare character meet and greets, awesome party treats, stellar Halloween entertainment, and candy (lots and lots of candy!). There are also some exclusive treats, so come along with us to try another one of them out!

One of the perks of attending the Not-So-Scary Party is access to exclusive snacks that are ONLY available during party hours. We swung by Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies in Tomorrowland to check out one of these special treats, the new Not-So-Poison Apple Pie Milk Shake.

Scary!

This is an apple pie milkshake with green apple whipped cream, sour apple marshmallow straw, cinnamon donuts, and a poison apple straw. Apples are classic fall flavor, and we love LeFou’s Brew (which is a frozen apple juice flavored slightly with marshmallow), but does this festive milkshake measure up?

First off, they ran out of green apple whipped cream, so our shake just had regular whipped cream on it (bummer!). But hey, regular whipped cream is still tasty!

But, we did get a tonnn of apple pie flavor from the actual shake! If you’re an apple pie lover, you will probably really enjoy this.

Is apple pie the best pie of fall?

The shake is suuuuper thick though — we were having a hard time actually drinking it! This might be a case where a melting dessert is actually a good thing, because then it’s easier to drink.

The donuts are pretty standard. They’re cinnamon donuts. They do definitely add a little more pizzaz to the treat, and some value, because it makes it heartier. The marshmallow on top is SO FUN! It’s got some major visual appeal. But, it does just taste like a normal marshmallow!

We love the theming of this one!

If you’re not an apple lover, we would skip this treat if we were you. But for those who do like apples, this shake is bringing some major fall vibes! It’s a fun snack we think a lot of people will enjoy. You can get it for $8.49.
