A NEW Treat is Coming to Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs But You’ll Need to Act Fast!

Do you love Gideon’s Bakehouse? Then you’re in for a treat…literally!

From the Original Chocolate Chip Cookie to some of the limited-time flavors, literally running to Gideon’s Bakehouse when new treats are announced is not an unusual thing. Now, though, we have yet ANOTHER reason to visit Gideon’s over in Disney Springs. Two words, y’all: COOKIE. TRUFFLES.

Yes, you can now get Cookie Truffles at Gideon’s Bakehouse! Gideon’s announced this via Instagram and shared that they’re testing out this new handmade item. The first cookie truffle flavor is a Truffle filled with Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie mixed with Key Lime Buttercream and house-made Lemon Curd in honor of the Flavors of Florida event that is currently going on.

Each Gideon’s store will have a limited supply of these cookie truffles Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this week! So you now have ANOTHER reason to head to Disney Springs for the weekend. Only two Cookie truffles are allowed per person. We have a feeling these could be popular, so if you’re wanting to try these out, we recommend getting there early!

Remember that there’s often a line at Gideon’s because the space inside is small, and you may have to join a virtual queue. You’ll see Gideon’s Bakehouse staff in front of the shop ready to sign you up. You’ll just need to provide your phone number and then you’ll get a text when they’re ready for you!

While you’re waiting, you can go check out Disney Springs’ many shops, including World of Disney, which is basically a gigantic shop of nothing BUT Disney merchandise (seriously, it’s one of our shopping happy places). Or you can go grab a quick bite to eat at The Polite Pig, Chicken Guy!, or sample some Dole Whips at Swirls on the Water.

And if you’re looking for more Gideon’s sweets, you can head to their East End Market location tonight (Friday) to grab some of their Coffee Cake Cookie, Dark Coffee Cake, and even their Pistachio Cream Cheese Cake.
