A Disney Souvenir You'll Actually Use Comes with DOLE WHIP and Whiskey?!

Visiting Disney World this summer? If so, be warned — it’s HOT. You’re in luck though, as Disney World has a ton of treats to cool down with.

Some are hits, like the Alien Freeze, and others are misses, like the Zurg Freeze (it’s hard to imagine us not liking a Dole Whip, but here we are). We’ve also seen some treats geared toward adults, like the Frozen Rum Runner. And, speaking of, a new frozen treat is available for Disney Springs Flavors of Florida — but you’ll have to be 21 or older to enjoy this one!

Wine Bar George in Disney Springs has a large wine selection, small plates, and fun entrees. But today, we’re not here for the wine or the food…we’re here for the new Frozen Old Fashioned! This drink is an Orange Dole Whip(!!!) blended with Hooten Young American whiskey and orange bitters. Oh — and if you buy a Wine Bar George limited edition Corkcicle, you can enjoy a complimentary frozen drink!

The drink is $14 without the cup, or $38 for the cup (as the drink is complimentary). Of course…we got the cup. It’s super cute!

Onto the drink. You guys, prepare for booze! The main flavor we tasted was whiskey — which we didn’t really mind. Aside from the whiskey, we also got a subtle, creamy, orange flavor, so it wasn’t packed with the sweetness we usually get from other frozen dole whip drinks. Regardless, this was so refreshing on a hot day.

Overall, we liked this drink! So, if you’re a fan of whiskey, you need to try this out before Disney Springs Flavors of Florida ends on August 14th.
