Patriotic Pluto Photo Op on Independence Day in 2021
We’ve been enjoying trying all the new 4th of July snacks around EPCOT and the other Disney World parks! One of our favorites so far has been the Red Velvet Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich in Magic Kingdom, and now we’re excited to head over to Sunshine Seasons and try some cake pops!
Over in EPCOT at Sunshine Seasons, you can grab the Red, White, & Blue Red Velvet Cake Pops for $5.89.
Here they are!
These red velvet cake pops are half red velvet cake and half vanilla cream, dipped in red- and blue-colored chocolate, and decorated with white chocolate and sprinkles.
A bit of a closer look
We loved these light treats! The combination of the cake and cream was delicious, and we really enjoyed the chocolate chips in the red velvet cake. We thought the chocolate coating enhanced the overall flavor without being overpowering.
Looks delicious, doesn’t it?
Our only complaint is that it’s not explicitly listed what the vanilla cream is (but based on the taste, it’s likely just simple vanilla cream). Other than that, we were very happy with this treat. We think anyone who loves light sweets and red velvet cake will really enjoy these cake pops.
