Summertime is starting to heat up in Disney World, and there’s a lot to look forward to!

Magic Kingdom
New summer foods have flooded the parks, providing tasty ways to celebrate the season! While some items melted the excitement (looking at you, Brownie Crispy Cone), others satisfied our sweet tooth, like the Cheshire Cat Wild Berry Parfait! And, if you’re looking for a frozen adult beverage (and you’re 21 or older) to sip on in the middle of a hot day, you’ll want to see this new drink!
We spotted this drink a couple weeks ago over to Oasis Canteen in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but now we get to try it. We’re talking about the Frozen Rum Runner! It has Don Q Rum, Bols Creme De Banana Liqueur, Bols Blackberry Liqueur, Grenadine, Orange Juice, and Pineapple Juice! You guys — this drink is so refreshing!

Frozen Rum Runner
We were surprised to find that it wasn’t overly sweet, considering all of the juice this drink holds! With that being said, it still brings a taste of tropical flavors, with pineapple being the most prevalent! Also, we definitely tasted the alcohol. So if you like to be aware of the alcohol you’re consuming, this drink will work for ya.

The Drink
We really don’t have any complaints about this drink! It’s sweet, but not in an overpowering way. Overall, it’s a nice frozen option for adults, which is needed on a hot summer day! If you’re looking to grab your own, it costs $14!

Refreshing
And if you’re looking for more summer offerings, check out all the new food and drinks you can find at Disney World this summer! There are plenty of Pride treats all around Disney World this month as well. Plus, you’ll find tons of Pride merch online and at the parks, and Disney is donating 100% of the profits!
Or, if you’re looking for changes that could possibly impact your summer trip, check out this post! And, as always, stay tuned for the latest Disney news and reviews!
